Because, if on the one hand the creation of a delicacy begins with the choice of exceptional ingredients, on the other hand the greatness of the ingredients has its roots in exceptional farmers.
Garden products.
Faithful to our philosophy, with love and dedication, we grow a rich variety of vegetables in our organic garden. This precious vegetable garden is available to all our guests, offering them the opportunity to harvest fresh vegetables with their own hands, always in line with the season.
Cooking Class.
Acquiring the culinary skills typical of the extraordinary Tuscan tradition is a dream shared by many of our guests! This is why we wanted to offer everyone the opportunity to participate in our exclusive cooking lessons. Our Chefs will be happy to lead you through the art of preparing fresh pasta and creating authentic dishes that represent our wonderful territory. Inside our structure, you will have two large fully equipped kitchens at your disposal, ideal for both small groups and numerous people.
Personal Home Chef.
“For all our guests, we offer a Personal Home Chef service. Whether for lunch or dinner, or both, our chefs will be happy to present typical menus of our tradition, allowing you to choose from a variety of first courses, second courses and desserts. This service can be booked directly at the property upon your arrival.”
