Ginestra

Formerly the Villa's barn, La Ginestra is a two-story annex separated from the main body of the villa. It is accessible both from the main entrance of the villa and from external stairs that lead directly to the bedroom on the first floor.

The ground floor features a small sitting area, a hallway, and a compact kitchen. Additionally, there is a sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower.

On the second floor, you'll find the double bedroom, equipped with a large window and a French door for direct access. The bedroom has its private bathroom, complete with a window and a shower.

Each room in the villa is equipped with a home automation system that allows for intelligent management of lighting, air conditioning for heating and cooling, and electronic closure of shutters.
